Do some christians literally believe all humans descened from Adam & Eve?

And then you get into the" and if the sons were the only children where did they get wives from?" and the tale goes on and on. To explain THAT they say but Adam and Eve had no sin so there were no mutations. And they had other children so they must have married their sisters and....My head hurts! I must stop now. LOL
