Okay I have a Misdemeanor Card Fraud charge on me. Its not as bad as it sounds. But anywho, when I was 17 I did the crime. Its only on my record because by the time it was tried through court I was 18. Now I'm 20 years old with a 6 month old baby and I can't find a job or even get an apartment!! Please help. I KNOW that it is possible to get it off my record. I've talked with someone at my local courthouse and they've told me a few requirements, but I need to know them all. The two year mark is coming up and I'll be trying next month to get it OFF. Personal experience only please!
