Tampon questions ! .?

You aren't supposed to put any kind of lubrication on your tampon! That is not sanitary and can lead to infection. Are you using the small ones? They make light, regular, and super tampons for all different flows and sizes. Make sure you use the "light" ones - they are really small and should go in easily. If they aren't going in,then you shouldn't be using tampons because you may not be wet enough or relaxed enough. If your muscles are too tense this might make it difficult as well. Also, this may sound dumb - but make sure you are inserting it in the right hole. Your is kind of tilted so make sure you are tilting the tampon to get it in also. To remove the tampon you just pull gently on the string to get it out - if you are wet enough, it shouldn't hurt to do this. good luck.
