Would Utah be given a shot at the national title if they went undefeated (12-0) with a cupcake schedule...?

..and only played one great team the whole year??? But lets hypothetically say that that one team is the #1 ranked BCS team in the country.. Would they, or any other non-BCS school for that matter still be given a shot???
