Getaway vacation: Where to?

Where would be a good place to runaway for a week for. I need to get away from my current life and just let the stress of everything out. Any good places in mind, im only 20, don't have a super ton to spend($1,000). I live in upstate NY, so i dont care if it's somewhere else in NY or in another state. Just away from my life here. Thanks
