Should I let My Ex Husband see the kids?

While you do have their best interest at heart he can push the issues because of what the papers say...I would just tell him that he is welcome to come and see the kids but until he has a better living arrangement maybe it's best they don't spend the night...make it sound like you are doing him a favor, in the mean time see an attorney and get the order changed. He can (if he chooses) file contempt on you if you don't let him have his rights, that why I recommend changing the order...it would take a while for him to get a court date in most states. Good luck.
