How can i get in to bid on commercial drywall contract leads?

Hector, simply make a commitment to yourself to make one cold call a day or some amount every week. Just stop by a job sight and start talking to the GC and do a little bull s h i t t i n g. Eventually you will have a bite or maybe a referral to another job. I use to do that (painting sub) and it eventually starts to pay of a little at first then it starts to snow ball. Then your way to busy,but that's a good thing (usually).Commit,Commit,Commit!
