How do you get tape adhesive off gles?

i have to wear gles when i don't wear contacts and the other day the nose piece broke off one side and i couldn't find the super glue so i used gorilla glue which said i needed pressure on it for 1-2 hours so i placed some electrical tape around one of the lens and when i took it off it left some adhesive on it and i need to know if there are any home remedies to get it off
