I'm fourteen years old, and I want to start reading for pleasure.?

I'm fourteen years old, and I want to start reading for pleasure. In my life, I've never been really into reading, as I probably read a few books every year. However, I'm trying to start reading for pleasure constantly, but I'm having a hard time getting into it. That being said, what are some tips for getting into reading for pleasure all the time? I want to go from reading a few books a year to reading a plethora of books every year. It's not that I don't read because I'm a bad reader, it's that I don't read as often because I'm too lazy, or maybe I just get bored of the book I read. I read at about 200 WPM last time I timed myself, which, I'm uming, is a slow rate, but my comprehension is good. So again, have any tips for getting into reading for pleasure?
