Ok...so I dropped my phone in water. it was submerged. but its working FINE. should i be worried?

I dropped into our sink....and i didnt think to turn it off at first. I was texting someone at the time (it's turned off now) but even while it was still on, it was fine. it didnt glitch once and all the quality looked fine. I even went through various parts of the phone to see the damage. but everythings fine. I dried the keys off (there was a minimal amount of water on them. and the screen and outer side. I took the back off and there only like 2 drops of water on the battery, but none of them had made it to the other side. Should I be worried about this? it seems to be fine. I'm just worried that it might stop working.
