it says: Hello, vero (i think that would be a name right) already went out, or she'll come out soon, call me or send me a text, ok and vero again (if vero's not a name i'm very confused cuz its not any word in spanish i know) however there is no question mark here but there is a chance he's asking if "vero" went out already or will come out and he wants you to send a text or call to answer and if youre "vero" well he was asking you lol
