I am 12 weeks pregnant is there anyway that I can take a children gummy instead of the normal vitimans??

My doctor told me take 2 Flintstones complete vitamins when i was pregnant with my oldest. The prenatal's made me sick. So yes you can take them instead of normal vitamins.
