Oregon harement cl b?

Have a 20 year old who has been charged with Cl B Misdermenor Harrment in the State of Oregon. What can we expect for a judgement against him, does anyone know? is there going to be Jail time? fines? or am I gonna have to post bail. Heres the scoop, A man got scarred of the sound of the mufflers and hit his car breaking the windsheild wipers and at this time he stopped got out of the car, yelled profanities and smacked off the mans hat for breaking the wipers, police were called and got him for harrment, there is 80 dollars worth of damage to the car. Help please court set for the end of the month...Thanks
