Lump in my is there something wrong?

can some one please help me am 13 gong to be 14 male a couple of months ago i got this lump in my but some days its one big one in one side other days theirs two big lumps in both sides then some days theirs a small one and a big one in both sides can some one help me is this puberty ? o and sometimes when i touch it it hurts
