Spotted mandarin,regal tangs,cowfish and clown fish?

are all the fish I have chosen ok to go in the same tank and I have herd that you can not put spotted mandarins in a new set up can u not just put live brine and then put the mandarin in?also I need all the infomation I can get about regal tangs,cowfish,clown fish and spotted mandarins
