What to do to stimulate bowel movement for a 22 days old?

i have a 2.5 month old. my daughter only had poops once every day or every two days for many weeks. it's actually fine according to Dr. Sears. don't worry about it. as long as her poop isn't hard she's not constipated. the only problem is how big the poops are when they come!!! make sure to bring extra outfits:)
