Why is Obama re-introducing the appointment of pro-terrorist advocate Dawn Johnsen on the heels of an attack?

Obama's allegiance is first to Muslims. He stated he would stand with the Muslims in his book. His own Attorney General worked for the law firm that provided legal defense for terrorists. He is surrounded by these people.
