How to make a tub into shower in tight ceiling slanted space?

I have a Cape Cod style home that has a tub upstairs with one end that's under the eave. I'd like to make it into a shower. The walls and slanted ceiling over it are just regular finished drywall. How do I make this tub into a shower? thks
